Manor Cottage is a turnkey 4 bedroom, 2 bath located in the thriving village of Livingston Manor. The town has permitted this to be an additional bedroom for short-term rentals and is not included in the published square footage. The ground floor two bedrooms are just as homey as the living area, with the black trim working so well with the original wood floors. These share a recently renovated bathroom and each have queen beds. Stepping out the sliding glass door and onto the deck, think summer grilling and chilling. Upgrades on the home include a new furnace, new electric heaters in areas without radiators, a new hot water heater, and new 200-amp electrical service. The house is permitted for short-term rentals which, if inclined, would be a fantastic way to offset cost.
